01 GENERAL TERMS

DESCRIPTION AND REFERENCE(S)
• In the commission form please include a good description of what you are looking for (colours, desired elements, etc.) and high resolution references. The more info the better.

SIZE
• Size is usually A4 (210 x 297 mm), 300 dpi, delivered in JPG file format unless you ask otherwise. I will send you a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version that you can post online if you want. Prices may vary for larger or smaller artworks.

PRINCING
• The prices I have specified are only used as guidelines. It depends on what you’re after and which level of detailing you want.

REFUSING COMMISSIONS
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

02 PAYMENT

CURRENCY
• All payment should be in USD. Via Paypal.

METHOD
• All payment should be made through Paypal invoice method. I will invoice you.

PAYMENT ≤100$
• Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below 100 USD.

PAYMENT(S) >100$
• For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances. You’ll receive low resolution images during various stages for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution only after final payment is made.

03 PROCESS & DELIVERY

INQUIRY
• After completing the commission form I will contact you to confirm that I’ve received your request and send follow up questions if necessary. If I am unable to start the commission at the time you will be notified.

AGREEMENT
• Once an agreement on the commission details is formed I will send you an Invoice through Paypal.

PAYMENT
• After the payment is received I will start working on the initial draft.

PRODUCTION
• Production starts with an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and request adjustments if necessary. After the approval of the sketch I will continue production until completion. Please see 04 REVISIONS below for more detail.

DELIVERY
• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. If the payment is divided in multiple instalments the final product will be sent once the final payement is received.

TIME
• Commission may take up to 1-4 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified.

04 REVISIONS

MINOR CHANGES
• Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colours) within reason.

MAJOR CHANGES
• You get 2 round of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
• If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the artwork (e.g. change pose), or a change on something you approved in earlier stages, an extra fee will be added depending on the change.

CHANGES AFTER DELIVERY
• You may request changes to the finished product within 48 hours of it being sent.

05 COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

USE
• Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.

ALLOWED MODIFICATIONS
• You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

ARTIST RIGHTS
• By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

PRIVATE COMMISSION
• If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra 10% will can be charged.

SHARING
• You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

UNUSED MATERIAL
• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

06 REFUNDS AND CANCELLING

BEFORE STARTING
• If you cancel your order before I start working on it, you can get a full refund.

SKETCHING PHASE
• If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of the full price.

POST SKETCHING PHASE
• If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
• if, due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m unable to finish the commission you will receive a full refund.
