As I was building the world around the main characters I noticed that important roles were missing. I had a bunch of protagonists but no antagonists at that point. From there I came up with a bunch of new characters for special quests and story arcs. I only drew the characters with a more fleshed out design, but I have many more antagonists and supporting characters I’d like to add in the future.
